These Creator Terms supplement the BizVanta Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, applicable mandatory law prevails; otherwise, the main Terms of Service govern unless a provision here expressly supplements them.
1.Free access
Creators may use the Creator offering without a subscription fee under the current model. Free access does not guarantee permanent availability of every feature.
2.Accurate profiles
Creators must provide truthful information about identity, location, experience, categories, social accounts, audience metrics, and capabilities.
3.Social accounts
Creators must not claim ownership of accounts or audience statistics they cannot reasonably substantiate.
4.Applications
Applying to a Campaign does not guarantee selection, compensation, or a collaboration.
5.Agreements
Creators must independently agree with Businesses on deliverables, payment, deadlines, content rights, revisions, cancellations, and other material terms.
6.Performance
Creators are responsible for delivering the work they have agreed to provide and for communicating material delays or problems to the relevant Business.
7.Advertising
Creators must make legally required disclosures for endorsements, sponsored posts, affiliate arrangements, gifted products, and other compensated promotions.
8.Intellectual property
Creators must have appropriate rights to all content they submit or publish. They must not grant rights they do not own or have authority to grant.
9.Products and safety
Creators should independently evaluate products, instructions, and arrangements. They must not knowingly make unlawful, deceptive, or unsupported claims.
10.Privacy
Creators must handle Business and third-party personal information lawfully and confidentially where required.
11.Prohibited conduct
Fraud, fake engagement claims, fake reviews, harassment, infringement, and misleading representations are prohibited.
12.Disputes
Creators are responsible for resolving contractual and payment disputes directly with the relevant Business, subject to applicable law.
13.No guarantee
BizVanta does not guarantee campaign availability, selection, audience growth, compensation, or commercial results.
14.Enforcement
BizVanta may restrict accounts or features in accordance with the Terms of Service.
